Marine Reserved Apartments is committed to privacy for everyone who accesses our website. This site, https://www.marinereserved.co.nz/, only collects personal data about you as needed to provide you with outstanding service, and to help process your request or provide you with information.

Your credit card details are required to secure your booking. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival.

Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until arrival. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled day of arrival will incur no charges. Cancellation made after this time may result in the amount of one nights accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on file. Cancellation policy for groups will be advised at the time of booking.

A minimum of 30 days notice of Cancellation is required for Peak Time Reservation. Peak times include Christmas/New Year period 20th December to 28th February, Easter, Labour Weekend and the Whangamata Beach Hop. If cancelled within 30 days you will be charged min 2 night stay. If your booked dates cannot be Sold then you will be charged for the whole Stay.

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Our intent as an accommodation provider, is for all our Guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer.

Our " No Excessive Noise" Policy, any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise after 11pm, will be warned that eviction may take place, and if not heeded will be evicted without refund, this is at the sole discretion of the Manager.

A Bond may be required and is at the sole discretion of Management
